
What is Zumba?
Zumba ("zoom-ba") is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance. It was founded by
teacher and
choreographer Alberto 'Beto' Perez. Zumba combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular
exercise to create a class that is fun and easy to follow. Zumba uses a variety of steps from
dances
from around the world, including: cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, samba,
hip hop, belly
dancing, and flamenco. Music selections include both fast and slow
international
rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

What is Beginner Zumba?
Beginner Zumba® Fitness is the class for anyone who wants to learn the Basic
Zumba® steps at a more modified pace. Perfect for anyone of any age who wants to
get a "feel" for Zumba® Fitness. Get ready to sweat and have a great time as you move and groove to rhythms from around the world!
Classes may include breaks in between routines to
explain steps or proper form.

What is 20-20-20?
This class combines all of the best!
20 minutes of zumba,
20 minutes of kickboxing,
and 20 minutes of conditioning.
A great way to cross-train.

What is the Yin Yang Workout?
This class combines the strength, cardio conditioning and power from kickboxing and other
sports conditioning exercises (including core and functional work emphasis) with yoga stretches
and relaxation to provide flexibility, stress reduction and peace of mind.
Experience the hard
and soft of movement and realize the benefit of both.
What is the Couch to 5K Class?
Too many people have been turned off of running simply by doing too much, too fast.
Easing into your running program gradually with proper progressions is the key to success. In fact, the beginners' program we outline here is less of a running regimen than a walking and jogging program eventually getting you in shape to run three miles (or 5K) within a few weeks.
What is Zumba and Core Stability?
Join us for a fun fusion class of Zumba and Stability Ball training Cardio workout combined
with core strength training on the stability ball (one of the best core workouts around!)
Please bring your own ball!(we have a few if you need one!) Max 10 participants.
What is Circuit Training?
Come join us for a circuit workout using various strength training, sports drills, and
plyometric exercises guaranteed to improve total body conditioning and fitness levels. Shape up for summer while having fun! Each week the circuit will change slightly for the best results! Morning workouts are great for the body, mind and spirit!! A wakeup call can be arranged!
What is the Breakthrough Workout?
This class begins with 15 minutes of group discussion and journaling aimed at "breaking through" old destructive behaviors related to health and wellness...and is followed by 45 minutes of varying cardio and strength conditioning exercises. Learn ways to incorporate healthier lifestyle choices so that you'll have increased vitality and happiness in your life!

What is Cross Training Blitz?
Cross training coming to you from every direction! We will switch it up each week with high intensity, sweat-producing, health-promoting workouts guaranteed to increase fitness,
while adding variety and change of pace to your routine.....
Get ready to shake up your body and mind and enjoy the unpredictable!

What is Zumba and Toning?
Party and sweat to your favorite Zumba rhythms (40 minutes) and then finish with conditioning and stretch to complete your workout! Lots of fun and great for those
looking to add a bit of strength to their Zumba class!

What is Zumba and Zen?
Join us for this happy hour class. It starts with energizing dancing to Latin rhythms.
This type of aerobic dance is great for both the body and the mind. And … it’s fun!
The class ends with calming yoga stretches.
Let go of the stress of your week at this very “happy hour.”

What is Zumba Gold?
The Zumba Gold Fitness program is second to none. It is an innovative, fun and exciting program. It was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be limited physically. The main difference between Zumba Gold and Beginner Zumba is Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast,
but it certainly is as fun. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used.

What is FitKidz?
Kids, get ready to move, have fun and get fit! We will combine games, drills, yoga,
sports activities,
and cool exercises to increase happiness, health, self-confidence and
respect for
yourself and others. Ages 7-11 years.
