Bellydance is a low impact workout that uses Middle Eastern dance
movements to increase body awareness and confidence, strengthen posture
and abdominal muscles, as well as tone arms and legs in a
safe, nurturing and joyful environment.
No experience necessary!

About Kim
Kim grew up taking dance classes from several areas instructors before she began studying and performing bellydance over 10 years ago in Central New York and Coastal North Carolina. After several years away she is excited to bring her knowledge back to her hometown. Kim uses her training as IFTA group certified instructor along with her Masters Degree in Social Work to create a class that is both physically challenging as well as supportive.
