Chair Yoga |
Chair yoga is the practice of classical yoga poses adapted for the chair. Chair Yoga is for anyone interested in the many benefits of yoga without having to be on the floor. Our chair yoga class at the Glens Falls Senior Center is a gentle chair yoga class for seniors which incorporates relaxing music, combined with breathing exercises, visualizations and simple seated yoga postures. $5 per class. All are welcome. |
