\About The Training

The purpose of
this training is to develop lifelong students of yoga who continue their
studies and share with others. We will explore principles of hatha yoga
with emphasis on the vinyasa system of practice. There will be emphasis
on the therapeutic approach to yoga and the classical study of practice
as described in the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita. Students will deepen
their understanding of this beautiful and ancient practice, gain
contemporary knowledge in Human Anatomy and Kinesiology as it applies to
Yoga, and go more deeply into their own practice as yogis. This
200 level training is registered through Yoga Alliance. |
